Our reception is open from 7am to 11pm. In case your estimated time of arrival is later than 11pm, please let us know in advance to arrange a late check in. Also, if you need to leave earlier than 7am, we need to know in advance.
Check-in is available from 3pm. However, we know your travelling boots will be tired so we’ll let you check in as soon as your room is ready. You can enjoy a lovely cup of coffee in our Sophie´s Café while waiting.
It’s hard to see you go but since you’ll be traveling on, we ask that you check out by 12 noon to prepare the room for incoming guests.
Buffet breakfast is included when you booked the offer with breakfast, you may upgrade to hot brunch for a small fee. The price for accommodation also includes the cost of bed linens, towels, toiletries and taxes.
We gladly accept payment in the form of Czech Koruna, Euro (according to our current in-house exchange rate), or by credit/debit card. For Euro, we accept banknotes only and can give you change in Czech Koruna.
Sure, but only during non-peak season. If you do not have a credit card, we also accept advance payment through a bank transfer to secure your reservation. You might also be able to make a non-confirmed reservation, whereby you must call or email to confirm two days before your arrival. This also requires that you arrive by 3pm or call again to reconfirm on the day of your arrival. This option is not always available so email us and we’ll see what we can work out for you: olomouc@miss-sophies.com.
For most of the year we have no minimum stay requirements, although on peak holidays – Easter and New Year’s Eve – there is usually a minimum stay, which will be applied on the booking engine. Extended stays for more than 7 nights are only accepted with a prior discussion. Please email us your requirements on olomouc@miss-sophies.com.
Yes. If you require a letter of confirmation of your reservation with our official stamp and signature in order to apply for a visa, please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare this document. We require full non-refundable prepayment of your reservation. This payment is non-refundable in all circumstances. Please also note that we can only send these letters as a .pdf attachment via email. Yes! Our buffet breakfast is already included in price (only when the offer with breakfast has been booked). If you prefer hot brunch then there is a small fee for the upgrade. In case you book a room which does not include breakfast, don’t worry, you are welcome to join breakfast and pay the cafe staff.
For the safety of our guests and their belongings, we offer safe deposit boxes for small valuables directly in the room.
If you prefer a secured parking, you can use the garage at Koželužské ulici 934/29, approx. 300 m away from hotel. The price for parking is 250 CZK. Otherwise, you can park your car in the neighbouring streets for a fee according to the local signs. Please note that our hotel is in the city center and it can be difficult to find a place to park.
We provide a map called “Use-It” created by locals which shows all of the ‘must see’ and some of the local tips to go. Furthermore, our receptionists will also give you some insider tips.
